I really appreciate that he will always shoot straight with me about whether an appliance is worth fixing or should just be replaced, even when that means he won't make anything off the recommendation. Steven shows up within 2 days every time I call... and he has literally looked at every appliance in my house (except for my Speed Queen washer because it never has a problem). It's nice to have a repair man you can trust."

"Fantastic and needed service here in the valley. We were having issues with our propane heater and despite my best efforts to fix it myself I was left pretty stumped. Steven was able to come over and in maybe less than 30 minutes pointed out a small issue that was very likely the cause of my troubles - one that I would have never found myself.
